I teach at the School of Mathematics and Statistics. At the University of Sheffield. I have a teaching page. Some time ago, I was in the Department of Mathematics. At the University of Leicester. I obtained my PhD in 2010, after working with Neil Strickland. Before that, I did an undergraduate mathematics degree and the Certificate of Advanced Study. At Trinity College, Cambridge.
I am Professor of Pure Mathematics in the School of Mathematics and Statistics. At the University of Sheffield. I very much enjoy supervising project work. Level 4 MMath project topics I have supervised include Aperiodic tilings, Combinatorics. Of the symmetric group, Discrete geometry, Integer vauled polynomials and Integer partitions.
